In real estate, you meet a lot of interesting people that you may not have crossed paths otherwise. We love meeting new people and strive to keep the connections going well beyond closing the deal.
Phyllis did not have her home on the market when a neighbor knocked on her door wondering if her home was for sale. Phyllis had contemplated selling her home in order to downsize, but she never took the next steps to get it listed with a realtor. She lived in the home for over 30 years. In it she raised a family which created lasting memories for her.
Our client loved Phyllis’ home and was interested in making an offer. We ended up representing both parties and got to know them much better during the process. We witnessed two women in very different stages of life support one another, work together, and ensure both sides were satisfied with the negotiations. It is rare to see a buyer and a seller work so well together and make a lasting connection beyond the purchase of a home.
This is why we love what we do – we get to know people better. We support them during the process whether they are purchasing a home for the first time or selling a home they have owned for over 30 years… Either way, it’s an opportunity for us to make an impact in their lives.
Phyllis made a lasting impact on us as well – this is why we love what we do!
